Do you accept insurance?
No. My practice is private pay. I provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement; your plan determines what, if anything, is reimbursed.
How long are sessions?
Sessions are 55 minutes.
How does the consultation work?
We start with a free 15-minute consultation, by phone or Zoom, to see whether we’re a good fit before you book a session.
Do you meet in person or online?
Both. I see clients in person at my Yorba Linda office and by Zoom throughout California.

If we’ve scheduled a first session, you can download and complete these ahead of time. Please bring your completed forms to your first appointment rather than emailing them, since email is not a secure channel for personal health information.
