Why a psychologist for your business?

For over twenty years, I’ve worked with real estate, mortgage, and title companies on communication, leadership dynamics, and team effectiveness. This isn’t my primary focus—Therapy is—but it’s work I do selectively when the fit is right.

Selling is 80% human behavior and 20% product knowledge. I’ve studied how people change, decide, and stay loyal for twenty-five years. I’ve taught that craft at Pepperdine University for eighteen years, mentoring therapists in the relational skills that turn theory into lived Practice.

Those same principles translate directly into higher-trust client partnerships and stronger team dynamics.

How this started

During the 2007 short-sale crisis, real estate leaders asked me to help decode the psychology of sellers in panic. The result was a communication framework that boosted listings during an industry freefall. CAR, NAR, and Inman News featured the approach. That work evolved into the limited consulting I do today.
